Web Hosting & Domain Name Registration:
100% Payment is to be paid to Digital Hive in advance at the time of Registration or renewal of Domain Name and or Web Hosting Account. There are no Refunds and Cancellations.
Website Design & Development:
Digital Hive will share the terms and Conditions and payment plan with the client in a customized proposal as per the case. Refund can only be requested before the first draft of the design is prepared. The amount will be mutually decided based on work done till that stage. However, the Terms and Conditions that have been mutually agreed upon will prevail.
Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Posts):
Terms and Conditions and payment plan will be shared to the client by Digital Hive in a customized proposal as per the case. There are no Refunds. The customer can cancel contracts by giving Digital Hive a one-month notice. However, the Terms and Conditions that have been mutually agreed upon will prevail.
